This is one of the better Costa Coffees I've spent my time in. Very laid back atmosphere. Staff very friendly. Would have given 5* but staff have got my order wrong on a number of occasions, but they have always been very apologetic and helpful when pointed out. Other than that this is a great place for coffee, sit in or take away.
Really bad service manager just made me feel very bad no smile nothing. Other staff are nicer only thing I can say is its a nice cup of coffee you get :)
Service was bad, took far to long. There were 2 cuostomers ahead of me and took 2 staff over 10 minutes to take my order. I got ny order and it was wrong. Also the car park was closed if with a barrier, whice was blocking the wheelchair users access.
A new branch, different colour palette from older branches, I like it. Staff very pleasant. Car park at rear and ATM to front. It's got a lot going for it
Beware car park is run by one of those predatory management companies. You can expect a fine of 100 if you fail to register your car on arrival! Best avoided. Far better coffee available in any of town's other independent local outlets.
